- > Proficient knowledge of industry standard modeling methodologies and guidelines.
- > Basic awareness of all products and platforms of Whirlpool.
- > Proficient in C programming.
- > Basic knowledge of OPEX and product requirements methodology.
- > Experience in cross-functional and global teamwork.
- > Proficient in control software development with structured software design and implementation practices.
- > Hands-on experience with Matlab/Simulink/Dymola and embedded coder toolbox.
- > Proficient with Simulink Test, V&V, and report generation toolboxes.
- > Experience in software/hardware interfacing, advanced data acquisition, and control systems (e.g., dSPACE, ETAS, XPC, Labview).
Job Description (Whirpool Hiring)
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot moderately complex software programs for product enhancements and new products.
- Perform high-level design/modeling to convert stakeholder needs into software solutions.
- Develop software and tools to support design, infrastructure, and technology platforms.
- Determine hardware compatibility and influence hardware design.
- Develop architectural guidelines, specifications, and technical standards, and communicate them to stakeholders.
- Utilize software development tools such as debuggers and emulators for validation of generated code.
Educations
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
