About the internship (DTDC)

• Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
• 1. Coordinating with the customer and handling their queries regarding any operational issues
• 2. Working on coordination & problem-solving, providing timely solutions
• 3. Handling client escalations and closures on time
• 4. Checking MIS reports daily and sharing the same with customers.
• 5. Ensuring all shipments are picked up and connected from the origin as defined by TAT
• 9. Generation of Invoices/ Billing sheets for the allotted customers and on-time submission
• 10. Timely payment follow-up and collection
• 11. Coordinating with W/H for the daily system entries and transactions
• 12. Coordinating with the W/Hs for the stock reconciliation as per schedule
• 13. Should be focused on customer satisfaction
• 14. Maintaining the MOM along with an action plan for improvement
