About the internship
- Screening, sourcing, and recruiting candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, and other portals
- On-boarding and exit management
- Handling employee grievances
- Working on stakeholder management
- Working on interview coordination
- Helping the HR team in projects when or where required
- Helping in campus recruitment drives
