Job Description (InCred Financial Services Hiring)

• Answer technical questions/problems of the business team; provide appropriate
• workarounds or solutions to the reported issues.
• Own technical issues of stakeholders from initial report to resolution with a goal to respond quickly
• Analyze the issues and provide prompt and accurate responses over email/chat/ticket.
• Escalate to the tech team, if required
• Proactively monitor any signs of outages. Alert the tech team at the earliest.
• Collaborate with Technical Support team members to properly manage inquiries.
• Maintains logs of support services provided in the ticketing system. Document
• approval where required.

Skills & Experience

• Must have excellent written and verbal skills
• Excellent ability to learn and articulate technical concepts
• Willing to work in a support environment and provide weekend coverage when
• needed.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
